I have been subscribed for a few years to APS. Past week I have had issues with this ie unable to access Bank Mode-also unable (most times) to open the APS interface. I also believe that it has been causing my Win 7 desktop to 'shut down'-not crash but literally shut down as if I had pressed the shut down button.
I removed APS and decided to install Avast Free Antivirus to see if that stopped the 'shut down' issue. But, when I downloaded the Free Antivirus and the download finished the program downloaded was APS again-the one I had already deleted from my computer.
The question is: why does this happen? And, how can I download Avast Free Antivirus without getting instead APS?
