My site blacklisted - unsure why or how to prevent?

I've been working on a site/game that I released yesterday, but has been publicly accessible for most of this year, and has shown no reported issues on any AV via virustotal & inhouse pentesting. I have had a few reports from new players this morning stating that they're getting a "URL:Blacklist" error and can't access my game without whitelisting the site, which a lot of potential new players won't do. Is there any report system/request system I can place with Avast to get this resolved? I have contacted via twitter dm's and searched the forums here but not found a good location for this post.

I can't believe you haven't had an answer on this subject yet. From what I saw your post was in 2016. It would be better to do this post with the links to today could create a specific topic for this subject since by the date I saw it was in 2016.

If you had looked in more detail, you will see there has been an Edited post, had you gone a step further and checked the links given you would have seen they still work.
