Firewall rule for 'system' shows random chinese letters.

I have a really weird problem, I only noticed this when creating a new rule for a program, the attached screenshot (which paint doesn't like , and saves the entire canvas and not just the selected area), shows 'System' which turns out to be ntoskrnl.exe and shows from Microsoft, and an sfc /SCANNOW repaired some corrupt files, but 'system' still shows Chinese characters, but can only be seen when showing the list of app rules, and each time I open those rules the Chinese characters are random.

I've done a virus scan using Avast, I've done a malware scan using Malwarebytes, I've done a scan using Spybot Search & Destroy, and I've even done an safe mode scan and the PC is 100% clean.

As I said, excuse the screenshot, as mspaint doesn't know how to save a screenshot, but saves the entire canvas, regardless of selection.

A smaller image for you and also cropped a bit.  You should be able to modify your post and remove the image (if acceptable).

I have the same thing - In the Avast Firewall, "System" shows Chinese characters. 
And if I block it, in an attempt to stop it from communicating with the internet,
I get a popup that System is trying to connect to the internet -- the adress it is trying to reach changes every time.

Then... "System" turns itself back on! 

There's more.
When I first opened up this part of the Firewall, and I found System in Chinesse, it had two rules: Internet Out and Default Rule.
Then somehow a third rule appeared: Internet In.

bit of a long shot here but worth mentioning. may have nothing to do with what you are seeing as ive never seen this via avast.
I have a clevo gaming laptop which is a chinese company.
when i first got it i had all the gaming monitoring software running and in system mine showed up as Clevo then about 6 chinese symbols.
could this be what is showing in avast system. its actually picking up the make of the pc?

I've seen this in Win 10 Home 64-bit registry entries before too, I am wondering about the asian characters as well, however I've not noticed it in avast yet, but I've just recently started using avast. I would like to note that again I've seen this frequently in things like Process Explorer when looking at threads,Dll's, and such... usually I've seen this in Microsoft Verified files, SO, I was wondering if it may have been an Asian member of the Microsoft Coding Team that introduced the characters... that being the case it may not have been introduced maliciously, but alas, I'm not sure. I'm still wondering though.
