Vulnerable service found

Can anyone help regarding this issue? I scan my device with Network Inspector and there is this error with ID: HNS-UNAUTHENTICATED-ACCESS



I try suggestion to disable TCP port 445 and SMB v1 but to no avail. Appreciate any kind assistance. Thanks.
