VPN service is worse than support's help

A very low bar, but your VPN service is a joke. It disconnects every 20 mins, you'll removed my ability to rate you useless servers and Support made me wait for over 1 hour, only to not even give me 5 mins to return a reply.

Very Scummy business, fix your servers and fix your support.

I didn't think it could get any worse but it has. Starts to feel like you'll are deliberately disconnecting me, I often have to go hours without using the VPN service due to how bad it is.

Before the same song and dance happens, yes I reinstalled, yes I used all options from Smart VPN to manual to following advice on QnA section.
It's a terrible program and the staff are equally bad.
