Where does an Avast customer go for help?  The Help feature is sufficiently vague and complex that it would take a lot of time and effort to get a request for help through to the proper channels.  Also alarming is Avast could not recognize a stored password.  I did not forget my password.  After a few months Avast lost access to my account and required a new password set up.  That, coupled with a virus Avast left on my  system 3 months ago has really got me spooked.  I doubt this will be read by anybody at Avast either.
