is there a way to contact Avast Support via chat? I remember that last year I was able to chat with an Avast technician but it seems that it's not available anymore. I got charged for an unauthorized programme even though I'd asked to cancel ALL the existing subscriptions and I haven't agreed to any new payments since then. I sent them an email, however, I'm not sure if they'll even answer it. I've seen lots of complaints like mine so I'm quite sceptical. Especially that I'd asked them straightforward that I needed a full cancellation on all their products and I got a confirmation on this matter. I'd like to contact them via a chat. I'll just add that I live outside of any English-speaking country so I don't want to call them as I'll probably be charged for the phone call more than it's even worth...
