Can't delete virus

I have tried deleting this multiple times but it doesn't go away from quarantine. Please help what do I do now ?

Files in quarantine can not harm your computer, meaning it is not infected when you have a file in quarantine.
I usually let detected file(s) stay there for several weeks before i empty quarantine
