Refund
« on: November 20, 2023, 10:54:58 PM »
I’m not sure this is the right place to post this but honestly I’m out of options. I have no subscriptions under my account yet I was just charged $100 for no reason.I’ve been waiting on hold for over 30 minutes. If this is not resolved shortly I will be forced to use legal action. There is no way for me to contact this company.

You could try this - Refund request - https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/sales_refund If you haven't got the Order ID, etc enter 00000000 and give as much information that you can to help identify it.

It’s a loop, no matter what I choose it brings me back to the original page, I need contact information. I don’t understand how this is possible that a company can boast about it’s customer support but literally have no one operating phones.

First I don't work for Avast but am an Avast user simply trying to help other Avast users.
As an Avast Free user I have never gone through this process and haven't used the Avast SecureLine VPN so I can't speak from personal experience.

I don't know what you mean by it loops back, having made the submission and given you retails that should be it.

Given you are in the
Avast SecureLine VPN sub-forum, I can only assume that this is the program you are using ?
If so is/was this a trial  ?
To partake in the  trial ordinarily you would have to have set up a payment method for the end of the trial (unless you unsubscribe from that).

So I'm working in the dark as you haven't actually given much information for me to work with.
