Charged for Things You Didn't Order

More and more companies are finding ways to bind us into subscriptions that we did not want or need and making it difficult to cancel. In fact, the FTC found against Amazon for this recently for charging customers for Prime without their knowledge. Do you feel like this has happened to you? Or maybe it's happened to a loved one that is really not tech inclined or has trouble understanding the "fine print." These things don't change unless we work to change them.
