Avast Bank Mode problem

When trying to close the Bank Mode window, my desktop freezes to a white screen and unable to do anything other than "Cntl-Alt-Delete" to reboot. I have tried closing from the window tab AND the main window "X" in top right corner. Both methods freezes computer. This started happening after the last Windows 10 update.

I am sorry to hear you started to have a problems with bank mode. I tried bank mode on latest Windows 10 and it worked for me and I had no problem after closing the bank mode.

Could you please provide more information so we can try to reproduce the issue with the same configuration?

Please share your browser diagnostic info (enter secure://settings/diagnosticInfo to address bar). Also please share exact Windows 10 version (it can be seen after running winver program - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/which-version-of-windows-operating-system-am-i-running-628bec99-476a-2c13-5296-9dd081cdd808)
