I did not receive the refund

Hello

I didn't receive refund although in my avast account it says "refund done". Well it is not done, I don't have my money in my bank account!

Hallo,

This seems to be a common occurrence. I subscribed to Avast on 28.2.24, cancelled the subscription on 20.3.24 and received a mail "We will refund your subscription". It's now13.5.24 and I have seen no refund. I have sent another reminder -- will this help?!

Avast is doing itself no favours by annoying customers and not complying with its promise to refund subscriptions that are cancelled in good time.
