Blocked Service/Program which I use

I was using one app, it's similar to photo editor, after installing avast antivirus, this app stopped working, I tried many things, I disabled antivirus, I reinstalled my photo editor app, but it still doesn't work, I know it contains viruses, but I need it, what should I do?

Well, some AV (and Im sure Avast is one of them) also detect as virus pirated programs (the modified .exe to bypass license checks)
I mean, also could be this why he say "know that has virus" but need it

Could be.

But as you may know, a pirated program is more likely to contain malware than a legitimate program.  Antivirus should detect malware in all its forms, including those residing in pirated programs.

No, just reinstall Avast and put the program you use at exceptions

I just uninstalled it but program is not working anyway.
Couple days ago I installed fresh windows and before I installed avast, that application was worked.
I dont't understad what is happening

I attached screenshots but it did not load here.
Guys thank you for your attentions, we can close this thread. I solved this problem by turning off windows defender - exploit protection.
