It's a rogue program. Use http://www.malwarebytes.org/rogueremover.php to removal.

Ok, we'll see what we can do. you will need to download and run these two programs, to see what we are up against.

Please run them in the order posted and post the logs in your next reply. You can attach them by using the additional options button on the reply page.

So let's start.  :D

Download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri) to your Desktop.
http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.exe

Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press Enter
This program will scan large amounts of files on your computer for known patterns so please be patient while it works. When it is done, the results of the scan will be displayed and it will create a log named rapport.txt in the root of your drive, eg: Local Disk C: or partition where your operating system is installed. Please post that log along with all others requested in your next reply.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT run any other options until you are asked to do so!
**If the tool fails to launch from the Desktop, please move SmitfraudFix.exe directly to the root of the system drive (usually C:), and launch from there.

Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) and save it to your Desktop.
  • Close all other windows before proceeding.
  • Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
  • When it has finished, dss will open two Notepads main.txt and extra.txt  -- please copy (CTRL+A and then CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.

There's a few things you can do to try to download the programs.

Answer essexboy's question.

Are you using the save or save as button, don't use the run button on the download interface.

If you have a popup blocker, holde the shift key down when you click on the download.

Try right clicking the file you want to download and selecting "save target as" and saving it to your desktop.
