Avast Free (latest) continuosly delete my dnscrypt-proxy 2.1.5 service

Hello everyone, i have a problem with the free antivirus. When I exclude&create exception for dnscrypt-proxy, my network changes remains (not always), but my service disappears. Every setting in Avast is set to a high level (maximum/slower), exceptions and exlusions where created for the scripts, the .exe and the folder. What should I do? Do you (obviously) need a log to inspect that?

Obviously that is the problem, you have all at highest level
That mean any minimal clue of virus-like behavior is blocked or deleted. And ignore exclusions
