Running on Windows 10 with latest update KB5039211.
Specific version of Premium Security: 24.5.6116 (build 24.5.9153.845)
Am connected to a network, but Firewall says not connected to a network.
Firewall is on.
Also windows setting does not list Firewall and network protection as a protected area.
The Firewall and network protection setting notes "Microsoft Defender Firewall is using settings that may make your device unsfe." I use Avast, not Windows Defender for Firewall protection, but Windows does not seem to
recognize that Avast firewall is set.

Second Windows 10 PC with build 24.5.9153.844 does not have those problems.
Note the different build number for this PC.

25June2024 Update
just installed Build 847.  That build fixed the problem.
There was apparently a problem which cropped up occasionally with Build 845.
