Unable to Download

      In the process pf swiching from IE to Netscape navigator I can no longer download from the internet .  What have I done and how can I fix the problem?  I am running XP Home. What I get is  C:DOCUM~\JAMES\LOCALS~1TEMP\...could not be saved because the file could not be read.  Try again later or contact the sever administrator. I was triing to get rid of the  "prosearching.com" virus\worm at the time.  Help.

You can't download from internet... how? Using the new browser, or not even with Internet Explorer that worked before?

Do you have some firewall installed? Do you use(d) some proxy?

 how do you get the key from your e-mail while you are trying to open your download,with just one pc & not loose the server conection & have to download again to find you need a different key,i have given up trying to down load any thing offline unless they e-mail me the whole down load.can we buy this home version on a cd rom ?.i would really like to have it ,for it sounds small enought for my harddrive./can any one tell me how you get the code before you download ?THANKS Guest of.
