Recover data after re-install Avast Secure Browser

I uninstall the Avast Secure Browser using Window's "Uninstall or change a program". I did it by accident. I've installed the browser again but lost all the logged Google accounts and bookmarks.
Can someone help me get back to where the browser is before I accidentally uninstall it.

First I don't use the Avast Secure Browser  or Chromium, but in either case:
Unless you saved those settings they are gone, to the best of my knowledge. 

I regularly Synchronise my Firefox settings, so I can save them (not locally) and apply to another installation or if I did that from another installation I can update the current one.  Not using Chrome/Chromium based browsers I don't know if they have similar to backup to Google.

I also do regular system backups, which is restored should be able to restore.
