Avast suffers issues on my laptop

Hello,
I have Avast Free Antivirus installed on my Lenovo IdeaPad laptop. However, when I open it, it says it's crashed. I can't turn it off through services, and I can't even install it or kill it in Task Manager!! Is there any reason why this always happens to me??

Do you have any other antivirus software (other than Defender) installed?
