Chrome.exe is trying to access my login info in chrome

I have Avast premier (using Windows 11) and my browser shield popped up with the message 'Chrome.exe is trying to access my login info in chrome and asks if I want to block the app to protect the file or allow it.

I have not had this before. Is it a false positive or something to be look into in case of a possible virus? Advise would be appreciated.

Could you provide the related chrome.exe file (or its SHA256 hash, e.g. via a VirusTotal link)?

Wasn't there an "AlertID" line at the bottom of the window? That could help, too.

i have recently had this occuring as well.
I said No and do not show message again, and now I can't see my passwords on Chrome password manager
how do I see my passwords again?
