Dear Avast Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am an Android developer with over 10 years of experience. Recently, after updating our apps (more than 80 in total), we have been receiving numerous emails from our users reporting that Avast antivirus has marked our apps as Trojan viruses.

We have conducted thorough analyses of our apps and have not identified any issues that would justify such a detection. We strongly believe that these are false positives. Unfortunately, this situation is causing significant harm to our business, as users are deleting our apps due to these warnings.

We have attempted to contact Avast multiple times to resolve this issue but have not yet received any feedback. Given the urgency and impact of this situation, we kindly request that you investigate this matter as soon as possible. We are losing our users and need to rectify this issue promptly to prevent further damage.

Please let us know the next steps we should take to resolve this matter. We are more than willing to provide any additional information or perform any actions required to expedite this investigation.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this critical issue. We look forward to your swift response.
