Hey tech. He's answering a question from his other post.

It shows in the hjt log as a service with a missing file.

O23 - Service: Content Monitoring Tool (msCMTSrvc) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\msCMTSrvc.exe (file missing)

It's legitamate, but the file is missing. We can remove the service as it is dead.

He will have to delete (manually) the associated registry keys with this service.
