The Evil Win32:Trojan-gen

First, I have read the previous threads and I did not understand them at all. This is my first virus, in fact is has taken a week for me to firgure out I even had a virus. I'm pretty slow when it comes to computers.
So, my information:

Virus name: Win32: Trojan-gen.  {UPX!}
File Name: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\systemie.exe
VPS version: 0403-14, 03/18/2004

When I try to delete, repair or move to chest I receive the message:
Cannot process "CC:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\systemie.exe" file.

from wat i know, if it cant delete it, then you have to press cntrl + alt + delete and stop the process systemie.exe then delete it

This is a generic detection. so you need a specific neame of the trojan. scan with an online scanner and post results. Trend's housecall is mine and MacLovers favorite
