unable to scan
« on: March 21, 2008, 07:15:23 AM »
695 lines were listed as "Unable To Scan" after a scan. Why is that? Does it compromise my protection?
Thank you

Generally, files unable to scan are due to a reason: password protected, excluded by the antivirus settings, are in use... generally they're safe, I mean, not a protection compromise.
We need to know the reason for avast not being able to scan them.

Rassel-At the finish of the scan that screen appeared. I now can't get it to reappear.
Tech-I read one of your other posts about that. I first have to find the screen.

In the Home version that List is only available during that session with the Simple User Interface open, once you close it the list is history.
