Win32:NcaseSpy

Everytime I log on my avast protection detects Win32:NcaseSpy...I delect it ..then a little while later it pops up again...what am I doing wronge ...I have run all kinds of virus remover....is there anything else to do .....need advise...

which Win you have and where exactly the virus was found (full path/folder/filename; see avast's report/log for this)
