unable to scan messages

hi

when i run a scan i get these messages saying the following items can not be
scanned....what should i do in these cases??thanks

It will also tell you why they can't be scanned ?

It will say exactly why, not just that they can't be scanned, that is why I'm asking, what were the reasons ?

I gave the above link because it explains the reasons and the image I posted shows how to expand the column heading to see 'all' the text (click the image to expand it).
