Firefox 3
« on: June 23, 2008, 10:55:42 PM »
Hey guys I have just installed Firefox 3 and am currently very happy with the changes I see and have used so far the only thing I have noted that I dislike is that the Linkscanner Lite ad-on is still incompatible with Firefox 3  :( is there any other "browser protectors" that are compatible with Firefox 3?

Finjan is my choice.
Other options will be SiteAdvisor and Scandoo.

WOT, http://www.mywot.com/ works with firefox 3.0, I think it is quicker than Finjan, certainly on my system it is.

The database is too small... see, for instance, xxx.cracks.com (changing for www).

Wasn't at the first days... I think it is now. If it is not, it's 'forced' in my system but it's working fine.

Sorry Tech but I refuse to force anything. Doing so makes it impossible to uninstall.

You're right. I did it for two or three extensions only. If they mess the system, I'll start from the scratch and won't install them anymore.
