Virus?

I ran the Avast scan and found this file,  it said error occurred durning file delete, this function is not supported on this system.The file is on my C drive System Volune Information\..\bsdhooks.dll  Invection:Win32:Trojan-gen {other}
Any help in this matter how can i get rid of it is a Virus or is it normal?
Also it will not allow me to move it to Chest same error.....

Why don't you disable the System Restore feature (Windows Me/XP).
Avast cannot delete or move that file in the restore folder so the virus won´t be removed from the system. Please: Start Menu > Settings > Control Panel > System > System Restore tab > Turn off System Restore on all drives

You can restart the System Restore after that or after a full scanning. Good luck
