Charger,

Set the Disk Cache to 400MB and tick the the white box empty on exit, now I can really see why yours starting to play up.

That how I set my Opera up noticed above.

While you are doing the settings you can still click empty now to clean out the cache, anytime you finish using Opera it will automatically clean the cache when you close Opera that way it speed up much better when you used Opera again.

Cleaning the cache frees up hard drive space. It does NOT speed up the browser.

I have no idea why you are getting that message. But I note that you are using System Protect. I was strongly recommended to remove this program some time ago following some fairly significant problems. You might want to try uninstalling it, see if that makes a difference.
The problems I had were to do with some updates not making it through to installation.
Has this program been developed or supported in any way since you installed it?
Windows 10,Windows Firewall,Firefox w/Adblock.
