HELP!!! REALLY NEED IT NOW!!

I just downloaded a file, opened it and chaos

It said it was shutting down the system, I tried opening my AV but couldn't - It wasn't in the process list so I couldn't stop it

But look at the pictures

I'm scanning but it will be pointless if it wasn't detected? and it says it will finish in 10 days

Hi Itachi,

Sounds like a blaster like infection, or shutdown.exe flagged as a FP. Try to disable system restore.
And do a full scan with stinger.exe, download from here: http://download.nai.com/products/mcafee-avert/stinger1001602.exe

Is trojan stealer anything to be worried about, A keylogger?

Didn't find anything with stinger

Stinger is a very limited scanner.
I suggest a full computer on-line scanning:
Kaspersky (very good detection rates)
ESET NOD32
Trendmicro housecall
F-Secure
BitDefender (free removal of the malware)
