backdoor.nibu.d or psw.banker.b
« on: April 18, 2004, 02:20:32 PM »
I spotted something wrong with my PC and immediately ran a check - noting discovered by avast. (Im constantly updated with latest updates and double checked this was the case)
I let symantec's online checker run and it reported the backdoor.nibu.d.  Puzzled - why did avast report nothing wrong?
I reloaded AVG and it detected them straight away.
Unfortunately, I will no longer be using avast and all the recommendations I have made to friends has been retracted.

You will allways find Malware reported by one and missed by annother Product.  This time Avast is the "looser", the next time the others will be.
