troj.revop.a - How to Remove?

Hello,I am having troubles removing the Troj.revop.a from my pc and cant find any info on how to eliminate it. I found it using Trend Micro,Avast does not pick it up at all.

 It has infected c:\windows\system32\notepad.exe

Anyone know how to get rid of it? thanks for any help

(trend renamed the Trojan)

BTW: The Windows notepad is located in the windows folder.

thanks,i think i got it removed. Somehow AVAST let many trojans in and didnt catch any of them. I love avast,but not if it keeps letting stuff slip by.
