Like Spybot Immunizations for FF, how can one block such sites with out installing it?

The short answer is you can't, but there are other tools as mentioned in your other topic http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=40898.0 on cookies, e.g. spywareblaster or one of the HOSTS management tools.
