Auto quarentine

Hi new to Avast and forum so sorry if this has been answered.

Is there a setting to auto Quarentine viruses.
I have a large computer and it takes aprox 7 hours to scan so i would like to do it overnight.
The problem i have is everytime it detects a virus the scan stops untill it is put in the chest.

Im using Avast Home 4.8

That option is only available in the Pro version.
