Why I cannot change my avast profile info? Pic and IM' and personal info...?

I want to fill my profile info for avast! forum, but else than account related link there are not anymore link :(
Why? what should I do?

You have to wait until you have 20 posts i think... then you should be able to edit your profile ;)
