Win32:beagle-AHD[wrm]
« on: February 19, 2009, 04:42:12 PM »
When i started my computer i noticed that avast was not running.
My firewall was shut down, windows defender was shutdown and i could not start avast.
In configuration/service i restart manually the services and avast was running oke.
But when i restart my computer it is the same problem.
I found with avast a virus named Win32:Beagle-AHD [wrm] but whatever i do i can't get it out of my system.
Can anyone help me with it.
I use Windows Vista 64 and have avast professional
At this moment i am trying the avast virus cleaner tool again. I disabled system restore and hope it Will work.
But i don't believe in it

Beagle is a nasty virus and some variants could destroy avast installation.

I suggest:

1. Full computer on-line scanning:
Kaspersky
ESET NOD32
Trendmicro housecall
F-Secure
BitDefender

2. Read the instructions, download and burn (maybe from another computer), finally use one of this rescue CD's:

1. Avira
2. Kaspersky
3. BitDefender
4. F-Secure
