Avast with PE Builder

I creat Plugin for PE Builder to add avast personal edition to become like kaspersky

But is it ligal to publish it in this forum because I don't want to have any illigal work

As far I know avast won't work on PE environment (maybe I'm wrong).
Alwil team sells BART CD instead.

I talk about PE Builder not belong for microsoft and you are right with BART and Alwil team work very well on this
but as some AV has rescue cd and plug in for PE
