win32 afcore (trj) virus

When i it the icon of avast, the memory is scanned for viruses. I have a sound and a voice telling that i have virus win32 afcore. when i press repair or delete there's a message telling that they cannont access the files because another process is using it. So at the end the virus is not removed. How can i remove it or have avast access the file even if another is using it.  Thanks

First try, start Windows in safe mode start Avast and and let Avast try to delete it.( maybe you have to kill the Explorer.exe Task bevor doing that)

Second try: try this cleaner: ftp://ftp.kaspersky.com/utils/clrav/clrav.zip
