A few times avast detects a virus when i insert my pen drive saying its infected ,then i format my pen drive but virus warning still appears later i found that there was a file in system volume information which was replicating when i inserted my pen drive, i could not get rid of it so i used a trojan removing software, then the problem was gone for some days but now a file called bin appears in my "c:" drive and its replicating to my pen drive but avast nor trojan removing software seems to be detecting it ,please help :'(

Try using autorun eater, it will detect and remove the autorun inf files. Run it on your pc, then while its running insert your pen drives

Let your USB drive plugged and run Autorun Eater or Flash Disinfector, allowing them to clean up all drives. They would create hidden folders named autorun.inf in each partition and every USB drive plugged in when you ran it. These folders protect your drives from future infection. After that, reboot your computer.
