i need help...please...

am trying to uninstall my avast....but i can...this message appears i already try to use the uninstall program from here but doesn't works...i can't install any other antivirus because won't let me...can u guys pleaseeeeeeeee help me..!!!!! i will be really appreciate!!!

Try To reinstall,or contact support,please.

i try to install my avast again but i can't open the file because it doesn't appear. What can i do??????

Did you have another A/V program installed before you installed avast?  If so, what was it?

1. Uninstall avast from Control Panel first (if possible).
2. Boot.
3. Download the latest version of Avast Uninstall and use it for complete uninstallation. If, for any reason, you can't run it, try booting in Safe Mode and doing it from there.
4. Boot.

Did you use any other antivirus before avast? How did you uninstall it?

Did you try repairing your installation?
Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove programs > avast! antivirus > Remove. Then choose Repair function in the popup window (Repair).

i did all what u said and nothing works...i don't know what is wrong with avast that i just can't erase it...i believe it was because i make a system restore to my laptop...because before i did erase avast....i did the system restore and avast was on my control panel...again...and there it was when i began to have this problem...

- Did you get any error message after running the uninstall tool?
- Did you run it in safe mode?
- What other AV is or has been on this system?
- Was there any particular software (or malware) problem that caused you to use system restore?
- Please post the URL your version of Avast came from.
Windows 10,Windows Firewall,Firefox w/Adblock.

If you restore the computer earlier of avast uninstalling, yes, you'll have the problems you're experiencing. But the uninstall tool should work.
