What I would try:
-Clean your temporary files.
-Run a boot-scan with Avast.
-Download Superantispyware and/or MBAM, install, update, and run a full scan.

Tarq has posted before, but if it helps, I'll post a sequence to get clean...
I suggest:

1. Clean your temporary files.
2. Schedule a boot time scanning with avast with archive scanning turned on. If avast does not detect it, you can try DrWeb CureIT! instead.
3. Use MBAM (or SUPERantispyware or even Spyware Terminator) to scan for spywares and trojans. If any infection is detected, better and safer is send the file to Quarantine than to simple delete them.
4. Test your machine with anti-rootkit applications. I suggest avast! antirootkit or Trend Micro RootkitBuster.
5. Make a HijackThis log to post here or this analysis site. Or even submit the RunScanner log to to on-line analysis.
6. Disable System Restore and then reenable it again.
7. Immunize your system with SpywareBlaster.
8. Check if you have insecure applications with Secunia Software Inspector.

1. Удали все временные файлы.
2. В Авасте установи опцию проверки файлов в архивах и запланируй загрузочное сканирование. Если Аваст ничего не найдёт, попробуй воспользоваться DrWeb CureIT!.
3. Используй MBAM (или SUPERantispyware и даже Spyware Terminator) для проверки на шпионские программы и трояны. Если заражение будет обнаружено, лучше и безопасней отсылать файлы в карантин, чем просто удалять их.
4. Проверь свой компьютер на руткиты чем-нибудь из этого. Я рекомендую avast! antirootkit или Trend Micro RootkitBuster.
5. Проверь свою машину с помощью HijackThis,а её лог-файл опубликуй здесь или на этом сайте. Или предоставь для он-лайн анализа лог-файл программы RunScanner.
6. Отключи, а потом снова включи автоматическое восстановление системы.
7. Иммунизируй свою систему при помощи SpywareBlaster.
8. Проверь надёжность установленных у тебя программ с помощью Secunia Software Inspector.
