Avast not scanning emails

I use Outlook Experss for my email.  But I also have K9 filter scan for Spam, and PopTray checking the server for mail.  They work perfect together to stop 99% of all Spam from being downloaded to my mail box.

I set up K9 first to 'Auto Configure' the email.
I set up PopTray second which uses the same settings as K9.

When I set up Avast to configure my email with the wizard for Outlook Express I notice it doesn't add any notes to the email nor detect a mail with test viruses sent.

Any suggestions as to how to get this to work?

I found the answer.  I undid the other settings and started with 'Avast' wizard, then did the K9 wizard, and lastly PopTray.  It all seems to work fine now.
