Hello Otaku Ichise

you can type msconfig in run command and go to startup tab or better option:

autoruns (ms sys internals) : http://www.filehippo.com/download_autoruns/

ccleaner which has options to disable, enable and delete. : ccleaner.com

Autoruns is for advanced users. You'll see.
Try Startup Delayer.
This freeware controls the windows startup (Windows 98\Me\2k\XP\Vista) that does not follow a strict order and in the "Advanced Mode" allows deletion of an item.
The best things in life are free.

Startup Delayer is built into WinPatrol +1

Stay away from msconfig as it has the capability of making the system un-bootable.
