With NoScript on - deanonymizer fails...
« on: August 09, 2009, 05:57:51 PM »
Hi malware fighters,

With the NoScript extension activated inside Flock, I got these results:
http://deanonymizer.com/results.php?2391626589233803

Anonymity could not be established nor excluded, NoScript keeps you secure!

Use NoScript, a limited user account and a virtual machine and be safe(r)!

Same here.  I guess it's still in a beta stage.  However, as long as glancing at the test items, I guess they are tougher for IE due to its integration to the major systems.  Personally, I think IE would be O.K if it were an independent browser...its innate problem is that hackers can make things easier by betting it is installed on their target.

Hi SpeedyPC,

Well apparently they no longer have my results, and that is good anonymity policy on their side.
Try it yourself on their site,

I cannot talk for SpeedyPC but I couldn't even get my own result.  The scan seems to be finished but the linked result page is not available.  It doesn't seem to be working...I wonder if it is just temporary or not.
