avast home edtion identifys it as virus help

Here is the link to the virus total results (multi online scanner service) that indicates 19 out of 41 scanners detected this as malware.
Looks suspicious.
I would not execute it. It would pay to contact the vendor, and report this finding.
(Had to pause the webshield to download it.)

 By the way, you are searching for a removal tool of Microsoft Office? Read here: Microsoft Support

 Or, you may also use Revo Uninstaller to uninstall the product's files, folders and more registry entries. Take caution, this may also delete certain important entries in the registry.
