 How do I get rid of this?Done avast and adaware to no avail,they don't root it out. :(Windows 2000.

Have you tried deleting the file manually in safe mode?

You may find this link helpful.

http://www.sophos.com/virusinfo/analyses/dialtop69a.html You will notice that it appears under a different name, but the alias is win32.dialer.e

This was simply found using a Google search and a little checking within the results all easily achievable.
