Help?

Im pretty sure my computer has alot of malware. 2 weeks ago i had a virus but i thounght i got rid of it. I ran a scan a full scan with malwarebytes and SAS and a thorought scan with avast. Only avast said that 7 items coud not be scanned. My computer started showing malware symptoms today. Windows defender woud'nt update and my computer froze. I'm in safe mode right now. What should I do?
Avast! v 4.8.1351

Read the instructions, download and burn (maybe from another computer), finally use one of this rescue CD's:
1. Dr. Web
2. Avira
3. BitDefender
4. Kaspersky
5. F-Secure

avast doesn't have a free one.

The problem is the only cd-rw discs I have with me have zero bytes free space.

I suggest a full computer on-line scanning:
BitDefender
ESET NOD32
F-Secure

For detection-only, not cleaning:
Kaspersky
Trendmicro housecall

I'm in safe mode right now.

Or try Norman Malware Cleaner which is meant to be run in safe mode
