I have a Trojan what can i do to delete it?

1) what is avast detecting it as?.
2) what action did you choose when you were alerted?
3) will it come back even after choosing any option?
4) what os do you use?
5) and the file name (eg: drive\folder\file.xxx)

We need a bit more information like what is the name of the trojan detected and what operating system and Service Pack level you are running.

2) what action did you choose when you were alerted? There wasent no action. Im new to this.
3) will it come back even after choosing any option? nope.
4) what os do you use? Windows Vista
5) and the file name (eg: drive\folder\file.xxx) hmm? not sure.

where did you see: infected count : 6.

you can do a boot time scan to completely scanner your system(if your system is 32-bit) : http://www.digitalred.com/avast-boot-time.php

you can also give mbam a try : malware bytes antimalware. get the free on demand version : malwarebytes.org update, perform full scan and post back log here.
