2009-11-29 11:30:13   Error while scanning '/home/chenh/下载/BOINC/slots': 权限不够.
2009-11-29 11:30:17   Error while scanning '/home/chenh/下载/BOINC/projects': 权限不够.
2009-11-29 11:30:17   Error while scanning '/home/chenh/下载/BOINC/gui_rpc_auth.cfg': 权限不够.

Just like that. I'm using Fedora 12 in lang. zh-CN. I think it's about access deny, how to fix the wrong characters? 3ks!

Hallo, they aren't wrong, rather in english charset. I wonder they aren't displayed correctly - does avastgui and avast output the same?
Try to set properly your locales (environment variables LC_xxx), at least for cmdline avast app.
