Dual Boot system Home version 1 or 2 licenses?
« on: December 17, 2009, 05:37:07 PM »
I have Avast Home installed on my XP computer system, I am going to also install Win 7 64 bit on another partition (dual boot option) and was wondering, when I install Avast on that Win7 partition, do I need another new license for that operating system or can I use the same license # that is on the Windows XP partition?

Thank You.

The one Home registration key can be entered in both, provided that your use on both systems is for Home and non-commercial use.
